  1. Do you take Insurance? Currently I take Aetna insurance. Plans vary depending on types of coverage. Please reach out to me to verify coverage and any out of pocket costs.

    I try to make my services as cost-effective as possible and I do not want this to be a barrier to getting help. If you do want to receive therapy but are not sure if you can pay for it, please reach out to me and we can discuss some options for you.

  2. Can you create a superbill for my insurance? Absolutely, We can send a superbill in the form of listed services rendered and their costs, that you can send to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Please check with your provider before relying on a superbill because the amount of reimbursement will vary based on your insurance. I cannot guarantee that insurance will provide reimbursement.

  3. Can you prescribe medication? No, counselors and therapists are not considered medical professionals in that sense. Prescribing or recommending medication is not in my scope of competence. For questions regarding mental health and psychotropic medication please refer to your primarily care physician and their recommendations.

  4. Do you provide counseling for minors? No, I only see adults (individuals 18 years or older).

  5. Do you do telehealth services? Yes, I understand that the restraints of life can making coming in person to appointments difficult and near impossible for some cases. I strive to make my services as accessible as possible. If you do have questions about accommodations please reach out to me and we can come up with some solutions.
